A robust product strategy is essential for guiding the development and success of a product. It encompasses a clear vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall goals and market demands. This strategy involves understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, and defining unique value propositions that differentiate the product from competitors. It requires collaboration across various departments, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure a cohesive approach. Continuous evaluation and iteration are vital, as the strategy must adapt to changing market conditions and customer feedback, ensuring the product remains relevant and competitive.
Product Strategy
By applying human-centered design and design thinking principles, I created value-driven products and services that meet end-users' needs while addressing business challenges. Developing these solutions involved comprehensive research, including areas of expertise, internal organizational insights, competitor analysis, and end-user feedback. Innovation in value-based solutions required collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering idea generation and ensuring a holistic approach to problem-solving.
User Experience
Implemented products and services in the business using thoughtful and effective strategies to ensure alignment with business goals, end-user needs, and profitability. To achieve this, I employed various analytical tools such as SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces, and competitive analysis to validate the value proposition. I developed business strategies not only before the product or service launch but also continuously evolved them to adapt to market demands, business requirements, and end-user expectations. I ensured a research-based business model was in place to provide end-users with valuable solutions that address their problems effectively and the business needs are met as well.

Get to Know Me
My journey to design the world was unconventional. I graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Biology at University of Texas at Dallas. After graduation, I spent four years working as clinical assistant at Pediatric Pulmonary while I was applying to Physician Assistant school. During this time, I realized that I gravitated more in solving the user experience at the clinic and finding ways to make the workflow at the clinic more efficient. After four years, I decided not to pursue a career in medicine instead find a career that focused on how to build and design user experiences and build products and services that bring value to people.
I first stop in my design journey was working as Web Specialist at Medical City Healthcare (formerly HCA). Over there, I was in charge of improving the user experience for 14 hospitals’ websites. I worked within the Marketing Department and helped with implementing design strategy and marketing strategies.
